  Simone Facchinetti, aged 52
Attorney-at-law with over twenty years of professional experience spanning a wide range of legal areas, including civil and criminal law, commercial and corporate law, labour law, international law, civil liability, space law, environmental law, debt recovery, sports law, Industry 4.0, risk management, family law and family office advisory. 
The payoff “legal in innovation” conveys the forward-looking vision of the firm and its approach focused on innovation, research, and the development of tailored, up-to-date legal strategies and tools. In 2024, he was listed by Forbes Italia among the Top 100 most influential and nationally relevant professionals. 
In 2024, he was appointed Member of the Legal Commission of CONI – Lombardy Region. 
He serves as Official Representative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates, based in Dubai. He was awarded as a Boutique Law Firm of Excellence in business relations between Italy and the Middle East in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, in recognition of at least five consecutive years of excellence in legal practice. 
He also acts as Legal Counsel within the Legal Department of the Arab Fashion Council, the organizing body of Arab Fashion Week. In 2022, he was awarded as a Law Firm of Excellence for in-depth investigative legal work in criminal matters by the Fondazione Alberica Filo della Torre, Rome. 
He is a Lecturer at LUISS Business School in the Master’s program “Doing Business in the Gulf” at the LUISS Business Hub in Milan, and a Contract Professor at E-Campus Telematic University. 
He regularly lectures at NABA – Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (Milan) within the university course “Marketing in Fashion and Design”, and serves as Adjunct Lecturer for the English-taught Master’s program “Fashion Law” at NABA and UniNettuno.

In September 2024, he presented the second edition of “Art and Taxation: Legal and Tax Management of Works of Art” (Maggioli Editore) at the Regional Government Palace.
In 2025, publication is scheduled for “Sponsorships: Contractual Aspects, with Particular Reference to Sports” (BTT Editori). He is a contributor to THENEWSLETTER, Automation Technologies, ATLAS, and the art blog “Collezione da Tiffany”, as well as the legal advice column “The Lawyer Answers” in Il Cittadino Monza e Brianza. He has been a speaker at the international trade fair “MONZA WHY NOT”, dedicated to export development for companies based in Monza and Brianza.
He also serves as Anti-Bullying Officer in upper secondary schools. 
He has been featured in Il Sole 24 Ore, Corriere della Sera, La Repubblica, Il Cittadino Monza e Brianza, Il Giorno, Panorama, Le Fonti Legal, Platinum Business Leaders, Switch, Automation Technologies.
In 2023, he was elected Board Member of EUROTEK UYBA Volley, a women’s Serie A volleyball club, and appointed Head of the Legal Department.
He currently continues to serve as Director, Legal Counsel, and Head of Institutional Relations.
In 2025, a secondary office of the “Media-Conciliare” Mediation and Arbitration Body will be opened, specializing in international disputes, trademarks and intellectual property, art and taxation.
The firm currently operates offices in Varedo (MB), Paderno Dugnano, Milan and Dubai. In 2022, a new office was inaugurated in Busto Arsizio (VA), followed by the opening of the London office in 2024.
